Day 1: Various places - Urumqi
Welcome to the beautiful Xinjiang! After the airport pick-up, you will be taken to the hotel to rest, and then you can go to the recommended attractions for sightseeing if time permits (excluding separate car use).
Day 2: Urumqi - Junggar Basin - Fuyun (Breakfast/Lunch)
Today, you will drive to Fuyun in the north of Xinjiang. The drive is long and takes about 7 hours. On the way, you will enjoy the extraordinary scenery of the Junggar Basin, the second largest inland basin in China, and pass through the Karamoli Ungulate Nature Reserve, which was opened in 1982 and is a paradise for rare wild animals such as the Asian wild ass, golden eagle and saiga antelope. You may have a chance to encounter these animals. After arriving in Fuyun, check in to the hotel and rest.
Day 3: Fuyun-Tuohai National Geopark-Kekesuli Wetland-Burqin (Breakfast/Lunch)
After breakfast, drive about 1 hour to Keketuohai National Geopark, which is the first nationa
l geopark in my country with typical mineral deposits and mining areas as the main landscape. The scenic area is divided into four parts, namely the Karasangge earthquake fault zone known as the "World Earthquake Museum", the Kekesuli Lake, which is known as the Jiangnan in the north, and the second coldest Iremu Lake. There is also the famous Irtysh Grand Canyon in China. Hero Pit No. 3 in the park is a world-class granite pegmatite deposit with 84 minerals discovered, known as a natural mineral museum. You will pass through the Kekesuli Wetland. Finally, arrive in Burqin and stay overnight.
Day 4: Burqin - Kanas Scenic Spots - Jiadeng Valley (Breakfast/Lunch)
In the morning, drive for 2 hours to Jiadengyu, the entrance of Kanas Scenic Area. Kanas Scenic Area is located in the middle of Altai Mountains in Xinjiang, and is also in the golden zone where China borders Kazakhstan, Russia and Mongolia. The essence of the scenic area is the crescent-shaped Kanas Lake, which is said to be the most beautiful lake in China. Wolong Bay, Tuojing Bay, Bianse Lake and Fairy Bay attract Chinese and foreign tourists every year with their charming scenery. Enjoy a leisure boat trip on the beautiful Kanas Lake. When the weather is clear, you can see the surrounding snow-capped mountains reflected in the lake. It takes about 1.5 hours to walk to the fish pavilion on the top of the mountain on the west bank, which is the best place to enjoy the lake and mountains. Finally, enjoy the Mongolian Tuva tribal music performance in the village.
Day 5: Jiadengyu - Hemu Village - Burqin (Breakfast/Lunch)
This morning, we drove to Hemu Village, 30 kilometers east of Kanas Lake. This small village is inhabited by Kazakhs and Tuvans and is known as China's "most beautiful village". The houses here are all built with logs, just like a primitive tribe. Hemu Village is charming with its autumn colors, like a fairyland. Wander leisurely in the wooden house village. If you want, you can climb to the top of the surrounding mountain to overlook the entire village. Then drive about 4 hours back to Burqin.
Day 6: Burqin - Urho Ghost Town - Kuitun (Breakfast/Lunch)
Today we will drive to Kuitun. The whole journey takes about 5.5 hours. On the way, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the vast desert. At the same time, visit the Ghost City of Urho, which was selected as one of the three most beautiful Yadan landscapes in China by the National Geographic Magazine of China. It has a classic Yadan landform. It is also known as the Windy City of Urho. The hills are blown into buildings of various shapes by the wind. From a distance, the whole city looks like a medieval European castle. Finally, arrive in Kuitun and check in to the hotel.
Day 7: Kuitun - Urumqi - Dushanzi Grand Canyon - Xinjiang
International Grand Bazaar (Breakfast/Lunch)
Drive for about 1 hour to visit Dushanzi Grand Canyon, a unique landscape created by the snow and rain of Tianshan Mountains for thousands of years. Continue driving for 4 hours to return to Urumqi. If time permits, visit Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar, the largest bazaar in the world. The Grand Bazaar recreates the prosperity of the ancient Silk Road with Islamic-style architecture, reflecting the rich ethnic and regional characteristics of China's Western Regions. The Silk Road Observation Tower in the city center allows visitors to have a bird's eye view of the area and displays the historical stories of the Silk Road through different exhibitions. At the end of the day's itinerary, check in to the Urumqi hotel.
Day 8: Urumqi - Warm Home (Airport Drop-off)

08:00-09:00 It is recommended to eat breakfast according to the hotel breakfast time.
You can arrange it freely according to your flight time. The wonderful holiday is about to end. Say goodbye to the lovely group members one by one, pack your bags and prepare to return to your warm home after a long absence. If you are returning by plane/train, the driver will send you to the airport/station according to your flight/train time! Lunch and dinner are at your own expense!
